RO3Emu Player 1.9.0
Extract the zip to a folder of your choice and run RO3Emu-Player.exe. Enter this server's address and press Play. The Player updates itself from here afterwards.
Download for Windows (90.8 MB)If Windows says "Windows protected your PC" (RO3Emu is not signed): More info, then Run anyway.
